Therapy, perspective & practical support
Somehow the world forgot that adapting is a skill we’re rather good at!
We believe therapy works best when it is shaped around the individual, not forced into a standard formula.
AuDHD minds are often highly adaptive, insightful and resourceful. The difficulty usually comes when demands collide, environments keep changing, overwhelm builds, or life starts asking for more than the nervous system can comfortably hold.
Our work is neuro-affirming, practical and compassionate. We focus on understanding patterns, reducing overwhelm and helping you find approaches that genuinely fit your life, rather than expecting you to force yourself into strategies that were never designed for you.
AuDHD Therapist offers neuro-affirming therapy, perspective and practical support for autistic, ADHD and AuDHD adults.
We understand that many people are not struggling because they are “broken” — they are often adapting to environments, expectations and systems that do not fit how their brain works. Our approach is collaborative, individualised and grounded in real life.
We offer support for autistic, ADHD and AuDHD adults who may be navigating:
Sessions are tailored to the individual and may include therapeutic conversation, reflective work, practical problem-solving and, where appropriate, hypnotherapy as part of a wider neuro-affirming approach.
We begin with a conversation about what is bringing you here, what feels difficult, and what you want support with.
From there, we work together to build an approach that fits you. That may mean creating space to process, making sense of repeated patterns, finding more workable strategies, or combining therapeutic support with practical steps that help daily life feel more manageable.
There is no pressure to fit a set model. Therapy is a collaborative process, designed together and adjusted as needed.
